Makutano ya Wajasiriamali (MAWA) – a Swahili phrase meaning ‘Entrepreneurs’ Junction’, is embodied as a Non-Profit Organisation with registrations under Tanzania NGO laws.

In African economic history it is well known that, Tanzania due to its richness in natural resources and geo-location strategic advantage at East Africa was an obvious choice of traders from around the world- be it traders from Europe or Middle East. MAWA-EJU being located at land of Mbeya at Tanzania looks forward, to make it an economic hub of development again. This is done by promoting social entrepreneurial business among locals, to be major contributor of growth and well-being.

For this, we help those who cannot help themselves. We help every budding entrepreneurial venture at local community level, who usually strive to survive the struggles of entrepreneurial business. As part of our action plan, we organise mass local events, flagship conferences, workshops, start-ups partnership programs, and social media events etc. All this, to reach out marginalized entrepreneurs, innovators, and dreamers at wide expanse. For we realize that, potential of human capital lies in its skills and intelligence.

Our Concern, they Learn
Do you know that, with help of only $10/month you can feed a billion people?
Or maybe with the same donated amount, you can shield a generation from poverty by helping them become entrepreneurs.

Makutano ya Wajasiriamali (MAWA-EJU) makes sure to create many such social impacts out of donated money. We know your money is hard-earned, with your donated amount we just want to let our entrepreneurs learn and earn the hard work of earning income. They do so, by participating in our skill building programme.
As we think that, it is better to teach someone the art and science of fishing, than to plainly give them the fish. The former could become skilled fisherman/fisherwoman to earn income from caught fishes, as well ensure sufficient nutrition intake for entire family; while the latter unskilled person would just wait for someone to give him a fish. Indeed, skills means opportunities!
